Getting to Know a Logician – Cheryl Tadiello
“Getting to Know a Logician” is a series is about the people who make up Contract Logix – aka Logicians. What is and why are we Logicians? Logix is in our name and our DNA. Logic is the science of reasoning and relationships between ideas. A logician is an expert in or student of logic. They are active in the fields of math and science. Here at Contract Logix we believe data is your most valuable contract management asset and logic is key to transforming it into actionable business intelligence. That’s why we are Logicians!

Prior to joining Contract Logix in May of 2016, Cheryl was employed with IntelliSoft Group as an Operations Specialist/Order Processing Coordinator. There she worked closely with the VP of Operations serving as the main point of contact for new customers, creating new orders once received by the sales department, and kept track of all open projects. In her current role of Employee Engagement Manager, Cheryl’s responsibilities include developing strategies to improve engagement. This includes managing programs designed to foster it such as employee recognition programs, wellness programs, and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment. She is truly outstanding at her position and takes full accountability for the results.
A typical workday for Cheryl involves finding new and exciting ways to engage our employees, working with everyone within the company from the CEO to the Interns, all while keeping up with the employee benefits and maintaining corporate compliance. Of course, she enjoys saying her hello’s every single morning (this is a little tougher to do these days…). Her absolute favorite part about working for Contract Logix is the people.
Cheryl loves interacting with all the staff and even more so at the various company outings and events. Regarding our intelligent contract management software, Cheryl is an active user of it since all of our customer, vendor, partner, and other contracts are managed using Contract Logix. Her favorite feature are the grid screens as you can easily add in any column needed in order to capture what is required. She also likes the fact that you can easily export the contract data captured in the grids by our contract management products into a MS Excel or PDF file directly from the screen itself. It’s a great example of the product’s true ease-of-use.
Cheryl’s favorite childhood memory is when her next-door neighbor built a barn. They moved in 3 horses to their property, initiating her true love of horses. She used to hop the fences every single day to visit them. One day the owner saw her and said that she’s always welcome to say hello, give them treats, and help with the chores. Very shortly after they moved in, Cheryl asked her mother for horseback riding lessons.
That’s why it’s no surprise that outside of Contract Logix Cheryl loves working with horses —something she’s been passionate about for over 30 years beginning at the ripe age of 10 years old. Once she turned 18, she received her Massachusetts Horseback Riding Instructors License and has been teaching people how to ride and train horses ever since!
Fun fact: Cheryl is claustrophobic. Simply put – she is not a fan of small places or places where she cannot easily leave. I think we can all agree with Cheryl on that one.
